How do you boost energy when you’re constantly getting things done?
Are you one of those people who constantly struggle with tons of work and no power to get stuff done?
Or maybe you are a mom and have your kids wanting to spend more quality time with you, but the big problem is you just don’t have the energy…
Or you have so many projects, hobbies, or activities you would like to do and postpone until the day you hope to have more drive….just this day never arrives
Believe me, I’ve been there!
Many years ago before I became a nutrition coach, I was really struggling with low energy and other health issues.
I was always tired and had no oomph to get all my stuff done.
Luckily, I was able to change my nutrition at one point and did a really amazing detox.
Suddenly, I got super good energy.
I was like transformed!
All my health issues such as bloating, migraines, weight issues and hormonal imbalances almost disappeared immediately.
It was amazing!
In that detox, there was a smoothie!
Yes, a smoothie!
This same smoothie, I still drink most breakfasts as it works for me and brings my energy up, keeps me full and makes me feel AMAZING. Every. Day.
Aside from my smoothie builder, here are my top tips for more energy:
Drink water
Our brain is mostly water and drinking helps us think, focus and concentrate better. The best part: our energy levels are also boosted!
Manage your stress
Stress-induced emotions consume much of our energy. Be sure to talk it over with a friend or a relative. Maybe you can also try joining a support group to diffuse stress.

Exercise
Any 15-minute exercise that gets your heart rate up will help the blood flow and release endorphins which help raise your energy level.
Food
You need loads of energy to get through your day. When you feel slacking or low on energy, you most likely need to get some nutrient-dense foods in your system. Here are some foods that will give you a quick boost of lasting energy without the crash.
