natural healthy

Natural is healthy! Optimal wellness depends on a nourishing diet, a healthy lifestyle, and a balanced mind. But how can we achieve this? Usually, when we hear the word “natural,” we think about wellness or inner peace. Our body is a “natural machine,” and if we want it to work, we must provide natural foods to promote wellness.

This is a difficult habit as we are surrounded by enormous amounts of unhealthy, processed foods and sugary beverages, making it challenging to stay healthy. My passion is to teach people that, despite living in an unhealthy environment, you can improve your health with simple habits that are easy to implement.

Natural means health. Adding natural treats to your diet may promote good health and decrease the risk of developing long-term health issues.

Here are my top 5 tips to stay healthy in a natural way:

1. Drink Green Tea

The antioxidants and catechins in green tea help increase the metabolic production of heat in your body and will work wonders if you drink a cup before you work out. You can have green tea, either iced or hot.

2. Add Ginger

Ginger is a wonderful root that can help you to a clear chest and nose. It has volatile oils. An inch of ginger can be boiled with two cups of water for ten minutes and strained after with a pinch of cayenne pepper added.

3. Bite on some Bitters

You can diminish the damage by overeating sugar with some bitter veggies like radicchio, olives, and endives. Sugar is very toxic to your body and causes inflammation. I highly recommend skipping it. 4. Eat Broccoli

Adding broccoli to your bowl of salad can help with lowering periodontal disease. They are a rich source of calcium and vitamin C, help make your gums strong and healthy, and are one of the superfoods for overall healthy aging.

5. Chew on tasty Fennel

Fennel seeds are tasty and work like mouth fresheners. Besides, they are also known to be carminative, something that helps in relieving gas and indigestion. After every meal, chew half a teaspoon of fennel seeds and swallow them.

Now that you have these tips, there´s no excuse not to be healthy. Try one of them today and leave me your comments below.
