I believe I have reviewed 11 modules. The foundation for self care material was wonderful. I have learned that when I began this journey, I thought my Ideal weight was between 128-132 but it is really 130- 132. I feel my best at this weight. I am 133 today so I continue to stay cloase to my goal. I have learned much about nutrition and continue to use the food cheat sheet regularly. A very helpful tool.
