Why Losing Weight Is A Hard Task

Studies and online sites have found that there are more people looking into a healthier New Year’s resolution. In fact, it was found that eating healthy, exercising and losing weight are some of the top resolutions last 2019 to 2020

However, it has been proven that keeping your goals in the same road is quite hard. And, a healthier resolution makes t more harder since you have to consider a lot of factors.

 

Why It’s Hard To Lose Weight

Keeping true to your resolution as it is but losing weight is more complicated than what it seems. And, keeping it off can be an even greater challenge. I’ve seen many people will lose weight through a quick fix such as starving themselves or going on a fad diet, but as soon as they return to their old habits, the weight comes straight back.

So, let me tell you it’s hard to lose weight…it is because a lot of aspects are involved, like;

  • Your attitude
  • Workout plan
  • Diet plan
  • Lifestyle
  • Environment and support system
  • Unreasonable goals
  • Mental health
  • Emotional capacity
  • Flexibility

 

Losing Weight Should Not Feel Like A Task

I know that the list might feel like a *sighing* moment for you. And I do not blame you. This basic list feels like a task already! And honestly, I stand otherwise! Losing weight, eating healthy and living healthy should not feel like a tedious task you need to perform everyday, we already have “jobs” to fill that aspect of our lives. 

Losing weight should feel more fluid and enjoyable!

 

Sticking With Your New Year’s Resolution

Since I didn’t get to greet you at the beginning let me say “Happy 2020 and new decade to you!”. Wow it feels awesome!

Now that we are officially in 2020, how are you doing for your resolutions?

Are you too shy to have a New Year’s resolution because you have failed in the past?
