What happens in a coaching session?
During the first session we do an in-depth investigation of your health and personal history
including underlying root causes. We establish together your goals and motivation. Then, we
develop together a personalized plan adapted to your needs and situation around healthy
eating, lifestyle, mindfulness, emotional and spirituality.
During each consecutive session, we work step by step towards your goals. It is all about finding
the easiest changes that produce the best results. During the transformational coaching, I
motivate you, provide guidance to implement simple healthy habits, hold you accountable and
always you chose what you are ready to do. The combination is very powerful and helps to
achieve long-term results. You will improve the most pressing health concerns first and then we
continue unpeeling each layer until long-term health can be achieved.
BONUS: Additionally you get lots of health tips, work sheets, done for you protocols and email
support in-between the sessions
How many coaching sessions are needed?
That depends on you, your compliance and your issues. Some of my clients work only 6 weeks
with me (minimum time), some others have more complicated issues or a lot of weight to lose
which takes longer. Some of my clients follow recommendations easily, some need a lot of help
with emotional eating or other underlying issues. It all depends on where you are at, that is why I offer personalized coaching.
I usually review after 6 weeks with my clients and then we decide on the way forward.
Sometimes they continue or we may continue les frequently or some just call me from time to
time when need be or they continue with one of my other programs.
How regular do I need coaching?
I usually start on a weekly session to help implement regular habits faster. It allows to agree on
new habits, verify if it works, adjust and add new steps to work towards your goals. Should you
prefer a more flexible schedule because you are busy or travel frequently, let me know so we
can arrange it or change your package. I can offer you a more flexible way.
What is the outcome when I sign up for a coaching package?
The outcome depends on you. Coaching is a beautiful and powerful process where you are in
charge. That’s why it works so well to achieve long-term goals as you decide on them knowing
WHY and only then you will achieve them. We all are different and I had clients who were able
to discontinue her chronic medication for diabetes and high cholesterol after working with me
for 3 weeks. All my clients lost weight, some more, some less. But what is always an outcome is
that you improve your health and wellbeing and are able to implement and maintain healthy
habits that are adapted to YOUR life (work, schedule, situations). It is all about continuous

I have tried everything, every diet or seen plenty of doctors. Why would this help me?
I start where others have given up. I use a holistic approach combined with functional nutrition
that I trained in too. This allows me to dig deeper, look at the complete picture of your physical,
emotional health and personal history. I look at the root cause and do not only provide a
band-aid. I meet you where you are and help you to form goals that YOU can achieve. I also
have the education to look how the different systems are related and , for example, how by
repairing your gut a completely (seemingly) unrelated hormonal issue will improve drastically.
I have no willpower to stop eating. Why should I sign up?
You are one of my preferred clients. Not having willpower is fake news. Cravings are mostly due
to a physiological imbalance. By repairing your gut and diminishing bad bacteria, and helping
with the right nutrients, some of the hormones responsible for your hunger and craving
regulation will balance out and your cravings will diminish. And then I always work with my
clients on their big WHY. And once you have found YOUR BIG WHY, it is much simpler to
establish better habits. And this is another part, by establishing little habits, it is no longer a
thing of motivation or will power, it becomes automatic. Like brushing your teeth every day.
I have no time for this, I work too much and travel all the time. I don’t have the time for or
like cooking. Would this be for me?
I specifically specialize to help people who are busy and have no time. I find hacks and adapt to
your schedule or lifestyle. When you learn how easy and less time consuming it is to cook, you
will gain time. I have plenty of cooking tips that take you less time than to go to a restaurant,
fast food or order a delivery. If you travel all the time, we find ways to incorporate a healthy diet
and lifestyle into your schedule.
Believe me I speak out of experience, I love finding hacks and work on optimizing my time all
the time and achieving high performance with the minimum effort.
What is transformational nutrition coaching?
I believe it is the only method that really works. I am trained to incorporate the science of
nutrition, psychology, spirituality and coaching in my practice and I use all of them to help you
to really powerful transformations on all levels, resulting in physical, emotional and mental
wellbeing. I look more ate the root cause and how everything is related to each other. This truly
achieves permanent results.
Coaching is too expensive. Is it really worth it?
Do you rather want to pay now for health or later for illness related cost? I believe investing in
your health and wellbeing has no price but having said this, working with me, will help you to
gain so much in time, health and money. Just look at your annual health expenses from doctors,
self payments, medication and over the counter cost etc.. All the knowledge I have gained
during my education is condensed and packaged into bite sizes and help you to improve your
health and wellbeing so much faster and better. Also remember, you do not pay only for the
time I am with you. I spend several hours of pre- and post-session preparing simple tips and
done for you plans, researching cutting edge information related to your health issues, emails,
meal plans etc. You get so much more value!
I can’t afford it now. Is there any way you can help me?
I want to ask you how important is your health and what may happen if you do not look after it
now? This is an investment into your life. If you do not look after your health, will you be able to
work and earn money? Will you be able to look after your family and go on with your daily work
or other activities? If you struggle but are really serious about making changes and really want
to invest in your health, please do ask me and we will find a way. I can offer you a payment plan,
recommend other products or I can give you some ideas on how you may be able to afford it. I
was at a stage where I had no income and I signed up for a course costing 4000$, and later on
for other courses that costed around 2000$. It was an investment and I believed that it brings
me to where I am today. And it did!
Does my insurance pay for nutrition coaching?
Most insurances in the USA do not pay for nutrition coaching. Some may, depending on which
state you live in. See it as an investment. You will gain so much more than you spend.
Why should I do the 21-day transformational nutrition cleanse? I have already tried other
detoxes and they did not help.

What is the difference between the group coaching and 1:1 coaching?
Group coaching is in a little group which is amazing if you like to share and be motivated by each
other. There is always a great support and group dynamic. We have a private FB group where
you can ask questions and get additional support. During our coaching calls, I usually share and
empower you with knowledge helping you all to achieve your health goals faster, I answer your
questions and you can share your experience with each other. Usually everybody has similar
issues so we learn from each other immensely. We celebrate wins and we hold each other
1:1 coaching allows a more personalize approach. We work specifically on your goals and
personal health issues. We go deeper into your emotional being and you get a personalized plan
adapted to your specific issues. 1:1 coaching will allow you to reach your goals faster and is also
recommended if you have more specific health needs such as chronic health conditions or if you
need a highly flexible program or schedule if you are traveling.
