including underlying root causes. We establish together your goals and motivation. Then, we
develop together a personalized plan adapted to your needs and situation around healthy
eating, lifestyle, mindfulness, emotional and spirituality.
During each consecutive session, we work step by step towards your goals. It is all about finding
the easiest changes that produce the best results. During the transformational coaching, I
motivate you, provide guidance to implement simple healthy habits, hold you accountable and
always you chose what you are ready to do. The combination is very powerful and helps to
achieve long-term results. You will improve the most pressing health concerns first and then we
continue unpeeling each layer until long-term health can be achieved.
