You are one of my preferred clients. Not having willpower is fake news. Cravings are mostly due
to a physiological imbalance. By repairing your gut and diminishing bad bacteria, and helping
with the right nutrients, some of the hormones responsible for your hunger and craving
regulation will balance out and your cravings will diminish. And then I always work with my
clients on their big WHY. And once you have found YOUR BIG WHY, it is much simpler to
establish better habits. And this is another part, by establishing little habits, it is no longer a
thing of motivation or will power, it becomes automatic. Like brushing your teeth every day.
